St. Joseph was the foster father of Jesus. He was a carpenter, and tradition holds that he died before Jesus entered public ministry.

This Polish visionary had apparitions of Jesus in which he instructed her to have painted and spread the message of Divine Mercy. From this devotion we have the prayer: "Jesus, I trust in You."
